Our Story

As the CEO and Founder of AAA Solutions, Andrew Adeniyi started the company in February of 2020 with a mission of helping leaders create more engaged and inclusive cultures. Although Andrew has been consulting and training long before AAA Solutions was officially established, he wanted to create something bigger than himself that would give his family and three kids (Elijah, Shiloh, and Micah) something to be proud of.

The 3 As in AAA Solutions not only represents his three kids (all have middle names beginning with the letter A), it also serves as Andrew’s initials. The founding date of the organization shares the same date as his wife’s birthday (Tomi) to signify his appreciation for the support and sacrifice she has made to bring this company into fruition.

Our vision is a world where the majority of people are engaged at work. We believe that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued in the workplace. Schedule a free consultation with us today to learn more about how we can make this happen for your organization.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Statement

We believe the true power of diversity is diversity of thought. Equity is about fairness and removing barriers so that everyone can do their best work. Inclusion is about feeling heard, valued, and respected. We also believe that you cannot reap the benefits of having a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace without psychological safety which is the belief that one can go against the grain and/or voice concerns without fear of retaliation.
